LicenseTrak and CEimpact have teamed up to offer OneSolution, combining the best of LicenseTrak’s compliance platform with CEimpact’s content and management system. Users can assign education and training tasks to employees and then track when courses have been successfully completed.

Courses are assigned to staff in LicenseTrak. Those assignments are displayed on the employee’s LicenseTrak LMS page. Employees move directly from their assignments to the CEimpact-hosted portal to complete the assigned training. Once finished, a record of the course is saved in the employee’s LicenseTrak profile with the completion date. Reports can be run for completed and incomplete courses for internal or external audit purpose. If employees are pharmacists or technicians, certain One Solution courses also carry continuing education credit, which is directly reported to CPE Monitor. Reporting for other licensed professionals may also be available.
OneSolution can also be used to host and provide courses developed by customers or custom-built by CEimpact. This allows users to keep their current content and add new content as their needs change. Also, CEimpact has other clinical and non-clinical programs that can be licensed separately.
